We developed a system for Devwork, a company operating a recruitment management platform, that uses AI to automatically analyze applicants’ resumes (CVs) and convert them into PDFs formatted according to the company’s standardized template. This system helped Devwork improve recruitment operation efficiency, reduce transcription errors, ease the workload during high-volume application periods, and accelerate the hiring process.

・The system we developed implemented the following features: ・CV file upload functionality (PDF / Word / image) ・Automatic CV content analysis using AI OCR + NLP ・Automatic extraction of information such as name, date of birth, address, education, work experience, and skills ・Data mapping and automatic input into Devwork’s designated PDF format ・Preview screen and editing functionality for staff members ・Final PDF export and storage functionality
